If your delivery is refused, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your purchase refund if relevant. If you wish us to re-send the package to you, you will be responsible for all postage costs.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind and no longer want the items you have purchased, you may return them only if the items are full priced products which are returned to us as set out below. For such returns, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt and return the goods in perfect condition, with all tags attached, to us within 14 days.

If you fail to take reasonable care of goods which you return to us, we may not be able to process your return. If you fail to return the goods to us within 7 days after notifying us that you will do so, we may not be able to process your return. You will be responsible for all postage costs associated with returning these goods and will be responsible for the goods up to the point that the goods are received by us. We do not accept any liability for goods in transit. Please use a postage method which can be tracked and is insured such as registered post.
Warranty Against Defects
If your goods are faulty or have a defect, please contact us as described below and we will provide a repair for, or replacement of, your goods as relevant. To claim the warranty, please contact us immediately once you become aware of the fault or defect as described below. The benefits provided to you under this warranty against defects are in addition to your other rights and remedies available to you under the law.
The process of returning your goods to us will be:

- We will reimburse you for any reasonable return postage costs for faulty or defective goods.
- Once we have received the goods, we will notify you and process the refund or replacement.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This warranty lasts for a period of 6 months.
